Will you be adding the Kennewick contact info so we can call in lunch orders?

      Hi Kevin,

The Kennewick contact info can be found on the “Directions to Kennewick Location” page. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the inquiry!

My BF always wants to eat there and all I can get is Mac and cheese or a quesadilla (which, I am sorry was the worst ever, wasn’t even really one, as it literally consisted of ONLY 1/2 cup maybe of frozen broccoli/onion mix , I know frozen veggies when I taste them, and almost no cheese! Couldn’t taste and barely could see. Actually make that half a quesadilla, literally 4 tiny pieces of a Mission store bought tortilla folded in half, and it was $8! I had to ASK for sour cream and salsa.)

There is nothing I can get outside that in the Uptown one, except more cheesy pasta with fettucini. Great for the meat eater, but almost all places now have bean patties or something.
You have many burgers but no patty alternative to go with it.

      Elizabeth,

Thank you for your posting, we value customer feedback! I have a couple of issues with your comments that I would like to address, and then I’ll move on to the good news. First, we have NEVER used frozen veggies…the thought of it horrifies us, actually. The fact that the Quesadilla had no cheese was because you ordered the Lite Veggie Quesadilla, which has just a touch of cheese to keep the fat and calorie content down. This also explains the “smallness” of it and that it does not come with sour cream (it definitely should have come with salsa, however, and I apologize if it did not), as it was designed to be low calorie. Also, your comment about the Mission store bought tortilla couldn’t be farther from the truth…we buy our tortillas locally at the Tortilla Factory in Pasco.

For over four years we had meatless burgers on the menu and sold approximately 1-2 of them each month. Because of this, we finally took them off the menu in our last revision about 8 months ago. I will let you know, though, that the Uptown location has Morning Star Farms meatless burgers on hand and you are welcome to order them any time. Also, because we have had several requests to bring back meatless options, we are working on finding reliable suppliers for some new (and we think exciting) vegetarian meat alternatives. Unfortunately, the major food distributors used by restaurants stock very little in the way of meatless options, so we are left to go directly to the producer which usually means very high shipping costs. We have found a few items, though, and will be adding them to the next revision of the menu.

Also, I wanted to let you know that we are flexible and can put together customer “concoctions” to suit your needs. If you see items on our menu and can put them together into a dish that you’d like, we can most likely do that. For instance, baked potato with fresh broccoli and cheese…grilled cheese with avocado, tomato and spinach…plain macaroni noodles with garlic butter, broccoli, tomato, pepper, onion…etc, etc, etc. Our goal is ALWAYS to make the customer happy and we definitely understand the needs of vegetarians, dietary restricted folks, and allergy restricted diets. While we work on adding some good quality meatless items, it is our hope that maybe you could come up with a few favorites of your own.

Again, thank you for your input and we hope to better serve vegetarians in the future!

I am verry sad about the new hours at the Richland location. I prefered the quietness of the this location over the Pasco location when unwinding after work, and it was always a special treat for the wife and I to stop in for breakfast on Friday mornings before having to be at work at 8AM.

      JC,

Our sincerest apologies. We knew that the new hours at the Uptown would affect our regular customers and we certainly did not want that. Unfortunately, we did not have enough dinner or early breakfast business in that location to support the expense of being open for the extended hours. As much as we had hoped the dinners would pick up, after almost two years, we decided to trim the hours to keep the location financially feasible.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you’ll continue to support us in Richland.

      Sincerely,

Hi, do you have gluten free items (other than salads)? I didn’t see any mention of it on your menu. What does the kitchen staff do to accommodate this? Thanks!

      Laura,

We do not have a gluten free menu yet. We have added Udi’s Gluten Free Buns to our menu so that you have burger and chicken sandwich options. You could order any of our sandwiches on the gluten free buns. Of course, our chicken, burgers, steaks, ham, bacon are all gluten-free. I have not looked into the sausages yet.

The kitchen staff will accommodate as the customer directs, so please feel free to work with your server to get a dish that fulfills your dietary needs.

We hope to one day have a comprehensive gluten-free menu at Magills.

      Thanks for the inquiry!

    Good evening,

Our friend, Sal Dumo, was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. Sal, his wife Anne and their 12 year old son Kobe have a long road ahead of them, but they are not going to have to travel it alone. To know the Dumo’s is to love the Dumo’s. They are an amazing, kind and very involved family.

We, along with other friends of the Dumo’s are planning a fundraiser for November 16th. The event is called “Dessert before Dinner with the Dumo’s”. The event is going to feature a dessert bar and silent auction and all of the money raised will be gifted straight to the Dumo family.

We have created a Facebook page to support and encourage the Dumo’s-it is called “Helping our Pal Sal”. We would love for you to check it out!
We understand you receive many donation requests; however, we would politely like to ask if you would consider making a donation to our event. We are grateful for anythng you would like to donate-whether it is a donation item to the silent auction or treats for the dessert bar.

Thank you, very much, for your consideration.

You are very welcome to contact us either via e-mail at kvolland@yahoo.com or by phone at 509-528-1234 (Emily) or 509-528-1192 (Kerry).

    Thank you again,

    Kerry and Emily Volland

      Volland Family,

Of course we will help. We know, first hand, the impact that a cancer diagnosis puts on a family. I will email you privately with the details at the address you listed. I would also be happy to help you promote by posting a flyer on our social media outlets and hanging a flyer at each of our locations if you have them.

    Hi,

I can’t find your new number for the Richland location. I’m a volunteer with the Hanford High School Senior Class Party, an event sponsored by the Hanford PTA with the aim of keeping students safe on graduation night. Would you consider donating a Magill’s gift certificate to include in the prizes offered to students at the party?
