Magills Supports Our Community

We love to support the people and causes in our community. Very rarely do we turn down a request for support from a good cause. We love to give food and gift certificates for food…after all, we are in the business of feeding people! We don’t always get graphic thank you’s, but when we do we’ll post them here! In addition to the organizations listed below, we support or have supported the following: Colon Cancer Alliance, Pet Over-Population Prevention (POPP), Safe Harbor Crisis Nursery, St. Patrick’s School (Pasco), Wishing Star Foundation, McGee Elementary, Burbank High School Booster Club, Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation, Operation Go Home (for the Patriot Fund), Operation Thank You, Kidz Dig Rigz, Special Olympics WA, Domestic Violence Services of Benton and Franklin Counties, Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association, Delta High School’s Safe Night Graduation Party, Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society, Benton County Deputy Sheriff’s Guild, Hanford High Drama Program, Columbia Basin Dive and Rescue, Kadlec Neurological Resource Center, Hanford Falcon Booster Club, Richland School District, International Outreach Missionary Team at Central United Protestant Church, The Tri-Cities Wine Festival, American Red Cross, The Catholic Daughters of the Americas…more to come…

Columbia Basin Dive Rescue is looking for donations like gift certificates that we give to our volunteers at the Appreciation Dinner at your restaurant on February 7th. The message below is the letter we provide to you and the donation is tax deductible. In addition, we will send a letter of appreciation after the dinner. Thank you for your generosity and support.

Each year Columbia Basin Dive Rescue holds a Recognition Dinner for its team members to acknowledge the efforts and hours of volunteer time each member contributes to community service. Our next dinner will be in January of 2015.
At this time, we ask if local businesses would be willing to donate a product, or service, to be presented as a thank you gift to our team members.

Columbia Basin Dive Rescue is a non-profit, all volunteer agency providing water rescue services to more than 30 agencies in a five-county area surrounding the Tri-Cities. We cover nearly 300 miles of rivers in addition to countless lakes and canals. The team currently consists of 12 emergency response members and 3 administrative members. The emergency response members donate approximately 200 hours annually in rescue training missions and water safety education classes. Education is an important focus for the team with numerous presentations given to children and adults in our community.

On behalf of Columbia Basin Dive Rescue, I would like to thank you for making a donation to our annual recognition Dinner. Your generosity shows that you appreciate the efforts of our team members in making our community a better place to live.

    Sincerely,

    CBDR Team Member

Thank you for your support. All contributions are 100% tax deductible. Columbia Basin Dive Rescue is classified as a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN 23-7425624
